  • Support pipeline generation efforts by ensuring events and programs are executed effectively, tracked accurately, and follow-up is done properly.
  • Track and report performance metrics (attendance, leads, MQLs, follow-up status, pipeline contribution, ROI) and continuously optimize based on results.
  • Provide general marketing operations and administrative support as needed.

Some of the things we look for:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or regional marketing roles (enterprise or high-growth tech preferred).
  • Proven experience owning and delivering regional programs tied to pipeline and revenue
  • Strong operational discipline with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Confidence working cross-functionally (Sales, SDRs, Partners and internal stakeholders)
  • Comfortable managing budgets, vendors, and external agencies
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and reporting on marketing impact
  • Willingness to travel nationwide for for key programs and events
  • Highly detail-oriented and creative, thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
