Kaseya is seeking a high-impact Senior Analyst, GTM Strategy & Operations to help scale and optimize our sales organization. Reporting to the Manager, GTM Strategy & Operations, this role is instrumental in driving operational rigor, improving sales performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business. 

You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and support the execution of strategic initiatives across the full customer lifecycle. 

This role is ideal for a, detail-oriented operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to grow into a strategic leader within a high-growth SaaS organization. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 
 

Sales Process Strategy & Design 

  • Support the design, documentation, and continuous optimization of end-to-end sales processes across multiple segments and geographies  
  • Assist in standardizing pipeline stages, qualification frameworks, forecasting methodologies, and performance KPIs  
  • Translate company growth objectives into structured sales insights and recommendations to support execution planning  
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; analyze root causes and recommend scalable solutions to improve conversion, cycle time, and revenue attainment 

 

 

Skills & Experience: 
 

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or a related field  
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience working with sales data, KPIs, and performance metrics  
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales motions and pipeline management  
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and reporting/BI tools  
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or data visualization tools are a plus 
  • Excellent communication skills with a structured, problem-solving approach  
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive execution
