About the Role
Clari is looking for Software Engineers who are passionate about building groundbreaking AI-driven enterprise-grade applications using leading-edge cloud technologies. In this role, you'll join our Conversational Intelligence team, developing systems to capture and process conversations, and enable advanced AI features with state-of-the-art models. You'll build highly scalable applications that deliver valuable insights from vast amounts of data.
Responsibilities
Own the development/improvement of products and features
Participate in large-scale design updates and rollouts
Work closely with product managers and architects to drive innovation that will shape the future roadmap
Help improve our code quality through writing unit tests, automation and performing code reviews
Build new features to help solve real world customer problems and help our customers realize success
Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience developing backend applications, with strong proficiency in Python
Solid understanding of scalable backend architectures
Good knowledge of SQL (Postgres, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
Comfortable working in Kubernetes-based environments and deploying applications in the cloud (AWS preferred)
Understanding of multi-threading, data replication, and cloud-native design patterns
Proven ability to deliver reliable, data-driven applications at scale
Experience with or exposure to media processing, real-time recording, or audio/video pipeline development is a strong plus
Experience with Node.js is a plus
