Job description

Qumulo’s cloud data platform manages exabytes of the world’s most demanding data, unifying files, objects, and every workload across edge, core, and cloud.

About the Senior Salesforce Administrator (GTM) position:

In this role you’ll own Salesforce for Qumulo’s global Go-To-Market organization - every lead, quote, order, and renewal runs through your platform. Your focus is to keep it clean, make it easy to use, and actively work shape it around how the business sells to reduce friction and improve outcomes across the board.

This is a highly visible role with real ownership. Salesforce and other GTM systems are yours to run and improve, and you’ll have a say in how the entire GTM tech stack comes together. The changes you make will improve our end-to-end sales process: from how quickly quotes become bookings to how much time sellers get back for other tasks.

Reporting to our Senior Manager of Sales Technology, you'll work directly with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to build and configure the systems that allow their teams to work effectively and efficiently.

What you’ll do:

  • Own Salesforce administration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, and Experience Cloud.

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to shape Salesforce around how their teams work.

  • Restructure our processed as the business changes, and own the data quality rules that keep it clean.

  • Run intake for sales technology requests to help decide what we build, buy, or retire.

  • Lead GTM systems projects, such as new platform rollouts and product introductions.

  • Write the specs and user stories behind each change, then test them with the people who asked.

  • Automate manual work for sellers, leveraging AI tools to find the best way to build it.

  • Define integration requirements with our engineering and data teams.

  • Support lead-to-cash in Salesforce, and if the numbers disagree with NetSuite, find out why.

  • Run the GTM support queue and manage releases with IT, including user training.

What we’re looking for:

  • You’ve been a hands-on Salesforce admin for 5+ years at a B2B company, and you hold the Salesforce Administrator certification.

  • Sales Cloud and CPQ or Revenue Cloud are platforms you’ve run in production.

  • You’ve led an enterprise systems implementation, or played a major part in one - ideally you’ve replatformed or restructured a Salesforce org.

  • You already use AI at work, and you can show us something you built with it.

  • You know APIs well enough to spec an integration and troubleshoot it when it fails.

  • Bonus if you build in Flow or have shipped an AI agent to production, know NetSuite, write SQL or Python, hold Advanced Admin or CPQ certification, and/or have worked for a company that sells through channel partners.

The annual pay range for the role is USD $140,000 - $180,000 plus benefits and pre-IPO stock options. Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience, and skills.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Pre-IPO stock options

  • Flexible time-off policy

  • HSA and PPO health insurance options

  • Dental and Vision insurance

  • 401(k) plan
