The Role:

The Senior Product Manager drives end-to-end product ownership for a squad - from discovery and roadmapping through delivery and post-launch iteration. This is a pivotal role within our product organization, sitting at the intersection of user needs, business strategy, and technical execution.

You will own the strategy for DailyPay's marketing technology stack, defining how we scale personalized, data-driven experiences across every channel we touch. You'll run structured discovery with Growth Marketing, Engineering, and Data to surface what's actually driving (or blocking) engagement. Beyond shipping features, you are responsible for the end to end connection of a contact points to a user over their lifetime.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Full Business Outcomes: Own the end-to-end success of your squad, including discovery, KPIs, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and post-launch iteration.

  • Data-Informed Roadmapping: Build and maintain a transparent product roadmap that aligns directly with overarching business outcomes and strategic goals.

  • Vision and Strategy: Define the long-term product vision for your feature area in close partnership with design and engineering leads.

  • Structured Discovery: Execute rigorous discovery processes, utilizing frameworks like Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), problem framing, and assumption testing.

  • Experimentation & Analysis: Analyze A/B test results and experimentation data to derive actionable insights and drive product decisions.

  • Stakeholder Representation: Act as the primary voice for your squad in planning forums, articulating priorities and navigating complex trade-offs with clarity.

  • Mentorship & Pairing: Support the growth of the product organization by guiding L1/L2 PMs through pairing, active feedback, and informal mentorship.

  • Upstream Influence: Proactively surface user insights and market signals to influence high-level product strategy and future initiatives.

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 4–7 years of product management experience with a demonstrated history of squad-level ownership and impact.

  • Analytical Excellence: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing, KPI tracking, and making data-driven decisions.

  • Independence & Grit: The ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision while maintaining high velocity.

  • Proven Delivery: A track record of shipping impactful features and successfully measuring their outcomes against original goals.

  • Strategic Communication: Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to present compelling narratives to senior leadership.

  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with building or managing a Martech stack in a regulated industry or with sensitive user communications, or experience partnering with data science or ML teams to operationalize personalization at scale and channel routing is a significant plus.

What We Offer:

  • Exceptional health, vision, and dental care

  • Opportunity for equity ownership

  • Life and AD&D, short- and long-term disability

  • Employee Assistance Program

  • Employee Resource Groups

  • Fun company outings and events

  • Unlimited PTO

  • 401K with company match
