Operating with limited oversight, the Program Manager III builds practical delivery plans, aligns technical and business stakeholders, applies program management and Agile practices, and provides clear visibility into program progress. The role identifies risks, balances competing priorities, manages interdependencies, resolves delivery issues, and escalates when appropriate.
The Program Manager III also contributes to improvements in program execution and team processes by sharing lessons learned, identifying recurring delivery gaps, and helping teams adopt practical, effective ways of working. • Coordinate escalation and follow-up to remove barriers and reinforce accountability.
  • Influence without direct authority and maintain shared ownership across program teams and stakeholders.
  • Risk, Dependency, and Delivery Management
  • Identify and track program risks, cross-team dependencies, resource constraints, technical issues, and readiness concerns.
