  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to inform product strategy and roadmaps
  • Lead migration initiatives to new balance and settlement systems, ensuring minimal merchant disruption and clear communication.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies shaping settlements in emerging markets.
  • What skills do I need?
  • 5+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or financial operations.
  • Experience in settlements, fund movements (cross-border, local, FX), treasury, or reconciliation is a plus.
  • Experience designing and delivering automated, scalable products.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with engineering, treasury, finance, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver high-impact product changes in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear requirements and merchant-facing documentation.
