Job description

About Hello Heart:

Hello Heart is on a mission to make heart attacks a thing of the past.

We’re an AI company focused exclusively on heart health, building a platform that predicts and prevents cardiac events before they happen—identifying risk up to 10 days in advance versus 10 years in traditional clinical models.

This is already working at scale. Hello Heart has been shown to reduce inpatient hospital days by 47% and deliver ~$1,800 in annual savings per member. Hello Heart is the cardiac prevention partner to over 80% of large U.S. health plans and serves hundreds of public and private employers.

We’re defining how the #1 cause of death—heart disease—is managed in the AI era. Join us.

About the Role

Hello Heart is expanding into new clinical domains and user populations. As the Senior Product Manager for this new growth initiative, you'll execute the product strategy —taking a validated concept through market validation and into initial scale. You will define the playbook for how we build, test, launch, and scale new offerings that expand Hello Heart's impact beyond our core platform.

This is a founding PM role for a new product line. You'll work at the intersection of user research, engineering, design, and commercial execution—moving fast, validating assumptions, and building products that deliver measurable clinical and commercial impact in underserved populations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep user experience research (UXR) and market validation to test strategy assumptions and define product-market fit
  • Lead product launch execution and initial go-to-market rollout
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention throughout the product lifecycle
  • Drive product development in partnership with engineering, design, data science, and analytics teams
  • Design and test service prototypes in collaboration with clinical, product, and GTM teams, with a focus on speed-to-learning.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Clinical teams to understand customer needs and commercial viability
  • Partner with the commercial team to validate market demand and ensure product-market fit before major investment
  • Establish metrics for success and health checks that inform go/no-go decisions at key milestones

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in product management roles within fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
  • Demonstrated success developing consumer products from concept through launch, including defining product strategy and working under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making; ability to combine intuition with research
  • Experience conducting user experience research (UXR) and translating user insights into product strategy
  • Proficiency with A/B testing, experimentation, and iterative product development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or B2B2C product environments
  • Track record launching or scaling products in adjacent markets or new product lines
  • BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
  • Experience in a high-growth, resource-constrained environment

Hello Heart has a positive, diverse, and supportive culture - we look for people who are collaborative, creative, and courageous. Oh, and if you want to see some recent evidence of the fun things we do at Hello Heart, check out our Instagram page.
