Job Introduction
The Senior Product Designer leads the design of complex and high-impact features across Tekion’s platform, ensuring scalable, intuitive, and visually consistent user experiences. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver elegant, user-centered designs. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong product vision, systems thinking, and mentorship capabilities.
Key Role & Responsibilities
Lead the design of complex product areas from discovery to delivery, including user research, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes
Collaborate with stakeholders to define user problems, product strategy, and success metrics
Facilitate and contribute to design critiques, cross-functional workshops, and ideation sessions
Drive improvements to design systems, accessibility, and UX quality across the product
Partner with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and iterate based on feedback
Mentor junior designers and help uphold design best practices and team standards
Basic Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in product design or UX, with a strong portfolio of end-to-end product work
Expert proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor peers
Strong grasp of accessibility standards, usability best practices, and responsive design
Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field
