Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of marketing initiatives and operational projects across the assigned POD, ensuring commitments are met with quality and efficiency.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other delivery ceremonies to promote team alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with POD leadership to refine and manage the backlog, helping prioritize work based on business objectives and team capacity.
  • Monitor team delivery metrics and health indicators, providing visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and capacity planning.
  • Coordinate work across multiple functions, channels, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and handoffs throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support content approval processes, including coordination with legal, compliance, and other required stakeholders.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase team effectiveness and reduce operational waste.
  • Communicate project status, risks, blockers, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support change management efforts and encourage adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices.

Must-have Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery leadership, marketing operations, or related roles within cross-functional environments.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries and environments, with strong understanding of compliance-driven processes, governance requirements, approval workflows, and auditability standards.
  • Experience managing multiple marketing projects and delivery workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience monitoring project delivery metrics and using data to drive decision-making and team improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex workflows involving multiple teams, functions, and dependencies.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to navigate difficult conversations.
  • Familiarity with marketing operations, delivery processes, and content approval workflows.
  • Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Workfront, Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms.

Nice-to-have:

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
  • Experience working within marketing organizations, agencies, or integrated marketing delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting change management initiatives and process transformation efforts.
  • Exposure to capacity planning, resource management, and operational reporting.
