Job description

Specright is the first purpose-built, patented platform for Specification Management. Whether it's packaging, raw materials, formulas, products, or machines, Specright helps companies digitize, map, and take action across their supply chain to reduce costs, increase profitability, and drive sustainability. Specright serves customers across industries, including packaging, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, retail, industrials, and more.

Specright is looking for a Sr. Manager of Technical Services & Integration to lead and grow a team of Implementation Engineers responsible for delivering technical solutions, integrations, and architecture of Specright. This leader will be a key driver of customer success, ensuring our enterprise clients realize full value through seamless integration with our platform, which is built on Force.com. You’ll be the bridge between product capabilities and customer business requirements—guiding your team to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable integrations that enhance the customer experience while maximizing our native Force.com architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of implementation and integration engineers

  • Define clear goals and KPIs, drive accountability, and support professional growth

  • Foster a culture of technical excellence and proactive problem-solving.

  • Experience scaling and managing off-shore teams

Technical Delivery & Oversight

  • Oversee delivery of all technical services and integration projects, including custom workflows, third-party system integrations, and data migrations—all within the Force.com framework.

  • Ensure consistent delivery quality, adherence to Force.com development best practices, and high customer satisfaction.

  • Partner with strategic customers to define technical requirements and design architecture that leverages the full power of force.com native capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Process Builder.

  • Conduct architecture reviews for all projects with product team

  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges across enterprise implementations.

  • Translate customer use cases into scalable, native solutions.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to drive adoption and long-term value.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate field feedback and inform Force.com platform optimizations.

  • Support Sales Engineering with pre-sales scoping of technical services and feasibility assessments.

  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, implementation playbooks, and reusable integration assets on the Salesforce platform.

Operational Excellence

  • Establish repeatable technical service offerings optimized for Force.com.

  • Own and refine delivery processes, QA standards, and internal documentation to drive consistency and scalability.
Proactively track customer trends, identify platform enhancement opportunities, and contribute to roadmap discussions.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in technical consulting, implementation engineering, or Salesforce-based solution delivery.

  • 2+ years managing technical or implementation teams.

  • Deep experience with Force.com, including Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and declarative development tools (Flows, Process Builder).

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., Worcato, Mulesoft), and external system connectivity.

  • Proven success managing multiple complex technical projects in a customer-facing role.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline; Salesforce certifications a plus (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architecture Designer).

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange products and sandbox/production org management.

  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced B2B SaaS companies.

  • Previous experience in supply chain, manufacturing, ERP, or compliance-focused software industries.

We are an energetic company with an entrepreneurial, informal, versatile, intelligent, and fast-paced culture. We are a 100% remote company and promote an open and relatively flat organization with an emphasis on collaboration, sharing ideas, and information. It's more important to innovate than to worry about making mistakes.

Specright is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
