Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead with a strong backend engineering focus to lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, Microservices, Kafka, MongoDB, Redis, ReactJS, and Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). This role combines hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, and team mentoring while driving engineering best practices and platform scalability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of scalable backend services and distributed systems.
- Architect and implement microservices, event-driven solutions, and enterprise-grade APIs.
- Build and optimize solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, Kafka, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, architecture guidance, and mentoring to engineering teams.
- Drive platform reliability, security, performance optimization, and observability.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support frontend development using ReactJS and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
- Champion CI/CD, infrastructure automation, containerization, and cloud-native best practices.
Required Skills- Strong experience in Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, and ReactJS.
- Deep expertise in Microservices Architecture, Distributed Systems, and Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka).
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, API Security, Authentication & Authorization.
- Strong knowledge of Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps Practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving technical delivery.
Preferred- Experience building high-scale, cloud-native platforms in production environments.
- Strong understanding of scalability, resilience, performance tuning, and system observability.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
