This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the Air Force mission, brings relevant customer and partner relationships, and knows how to turn market needs into new business.
You will work directly with Rackner’s executive, technical, capture, proposal, and delivery leaders. As our business development team grows, your market insight and results will help shape where Rackner competes next.

- Relevant relationships across Air Force customer and partner communities.
- Strong understanding of Air Force missions and acquisition environments.
- Experience developing business around federal technology services such as DevSecOps, cloud, AI/ML, software engineering, cybersecurity, or data.
- The judgment, independence, and follow-through to succeed in a growing organization.
Relevant Air Force knowledge may come from military, federal civilian, acquisition, operational, technical, or industry experience.
You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be able to understand technical capabilities, ask informed questions, and bring the right subject-matter experts into the conversation.
