How you will make an impact

• Partner closely with the Marketing team to assist in the development of more sophisticated bidding and targeting methodologies across Paid Search, Retargeting, and Email campaigns
• Develop models and algorithms to personalise the ranking of results in the product
• Identify opportunities, propose experiments and develop models to improve customer conversions

What you need to succeed

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with building and using machine learning models with clear business impact
• Strong skills and experience in Python (numpy, pandas, sklearn, etc) and SQL
• Quick learning ability and a drive suitable for the startup hustle
• As an early member of a small team, emphasise on interactive approach to delivering data products
• Experience with clarifying a business problem, identify and implement good solution
• Curiosity about data, outliers, using data to propose and confirm causes and effects 
• Strong quantitative and programming skills with a product-driven sensibility
• Graduate Degree in technical/quantitative disciplines
• Fluent spoken and written use of English language
