We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Benefits Analyst to own the day-to-day administration of our U.S. employee benefits programs, including health and welfare benefits, 401(k), and leaves of absence.

This role will serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. benefits operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience, accurate administration, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong U.S. benefits expertise, exposure to international benefits, and a passion for improving processes and delivering exceptional employee support.

What You’ll Do:

  • 401(k) Administration: Oversee retirement plan operations, including eligibility, contributions, vendor coordination, compliance testing, and annual audits.
  • Leave of Absence: Manage and coordinate U.S. leave programs, including FMLA, CFRA, parental leave, disability, and state-specific leaves, partnering with third-party administrators and internal stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Audits: Support regulatory compliance, including ACA, COBRA, ERISA, Form 5500, and benefits-related audits.
  • Vendor Management: Serve as the primary operational contact for benefits carriers, brokers, retirement providers, and leave administrators, driving timely issue resolution.
  • International Benefits: Support global benefits administration, renewals, employee communications, and projects in partnership with regional teams and the Global Benefits Manager.
  • Systems & Reporting: Maintain accurate benefits data, conduct regular audits, and partner with Payroll and People Operations to resolve discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and enhance the employee benefits experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in employee benefits administration, with strong hands-on U.S. benefits expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience independently administering health and welfare plans, 401(k), and leave of absence programs.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and applicable state leave laws.
  • Prior experience or exposure to international benefits programs.
  • Experience working with benefits brokers, carriers, retirement recordkeepers, and third-party administrators.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration platforms; Workday experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
