About VideoAmp

VideoAmp is the tech-first measurement company transforming how advertising is valued, bought, and sold. Powered by currency-grade big data and a best-in-class technology stack, our platform gives advertisers, agencies, and digital partners the ability to plan, optimize, and measure media investments across every screen, from linear TV and OTT to CTV and digital video.

VideoAmp is accelerating investment in agentic AI and intelligent optimization technologies, helping clients drive measurable, real-world outcomes in an increasingly complex media landscape. With 880% year-over-year measurement growth, 98% coverage of the TV ecosystem, and partnerships with 11 agency groups and 1,000+ advertisers, we're not just keeping pace with the industry. We're defining what comes next.

We believe great work requires great people, people who say "I'll find a way" instead of "it can't be done."

The Role

VideoAmp is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with expertise in AdTech and Measurement to own our relationships with WPP and Dentsu. This role will focus on managing a dedicated book of post-sale client relationships within these two holding companies, driving performance, value, and retention across their agencies and desks. Our Senior Account Managers are passionate about solving complex customer challenges and bring strong knowledge of tech, data, TV, and digital video. They have a proven track record of exceeding client expectations and growing relationships in a high-growth AdTech environment, and they know how to navigate the structure, people, and priorities inside WPP and Dentsu specifically.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and monitor ongoing client performance across WPP and Dentsu agencies, ensuring campaigns and insights are executed successfully and align with client goals.
  • Foster strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders across WPP and Dentsu by deeply understanding VideoAmp's product offerings and value proposition.
  • Understand client KPIs and build strategies to exceed performance goals within each holding company.
  • Proactively solve client challenges and identify growth opportunities within WPP and Dentsu accounts.
  • Establish and maintain a strong vision of customer service excellence and contribute to client success best practices.
  • Provide thought leadership and serve as a key point of contact for escalations and strategic initiatives with WPP and Dentsu leadership.
  • Drive client value through regular performance reviews, adoption trends, and relationship health metrics such as retention and expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, AdOps, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to help refine VideoAmp's products and processes.
  • Stay current on industry trends in AdTech, TV, and cross-platform measurement to offer WPP and Dentsu clients cutting-edge solutions.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience working with, and current relationships within, WPP and Dentsu required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Services within AdTech, programmatic media, or digital advertising, agency or vendor side.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic media buying and ad operations workflows; platform experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value clients, drive account growth, and exceed performance expectations.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce, ChurnZero, Zendesk, Pendo, or JIRA to manage accounts and track performance.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Passionate about the digital advertising industry and excited to deliver measurable results for clients.
