Our Enterprise Sales team is responsible for helping the biggest global enterprises push their pace of innovation by challenging ordinary thinking. This team is strategically expanding our client base in the Fortune 500 (> $ 1 billion in revenue) segment. We're continuing to build this team with individuals who operate with intentionality and can problem-solve the most critical parts of our customer's operations by harnessing the power of true invention.

As an Account Executive, you will follow a well-defined methodology that helps identify the customer's unique challenges and prove the value of Instabase while forever changing the lives of our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Focus on acquiring new enterprise customers from a predefined list of enterprise accounts within your region
  • Generate quick, small land deals while managing longer, complex sales cycles 
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the quarterly schedule. Drive initial land and then consumption within your customer accounts.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering and Value Consulting teams to build strong ROI cases for new and existing customers, using a consultative sales approach
  • Prospect into your territory to create your own pipeline generation whilst also guiding the Account Development team to support with pipeline generation
  • Lead and own the consumption story with your customers, leveraging demand plans to identify the most viable use cases in each account to maximise the growth of Instabase

About you:

  • 5+ years of closing experience in solution/value selling, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
  • Experience in closing complex sales within enterprise accounts 
  • Ability to acquire new customers and grow an install base
  • Experience using sales methodologies and processes, e.g. account planning, MEDDPICC, Value Selling and accurate forecasting
  • Strong tenure in previous roles 
  • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence internally and externally
  • Strong ability to navigate an enterprise and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership
  • Provides valuable insights into how to improve the customers’ business operations
  • Research and data-driven approach to account planning; Proactively identify opportunities from business-led discussions
  • Self-starter who is invested in the success of the team, ability to work in a startup environment
The base salary range is £ 100,000 to £ 130,000 + commission, equity, and UK Benefits
