About the Team:

The Revenue Operations team at AlphaSense drives productivity and improves efficiency for our account executives, account managers and sales development reps. We create and implement operational reporting & analytics, improve processes, and enable strategic initiatives that impact the revenue organization.  At our core, we are a dynamic team of highly driven self-starters who are passionate about operations and thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Manager within the Revenue Operations team to serve as the senior on-the-ground RevOps partner for our Singapore-based Sales organization, developing key enabling tools, streamlining processes and creating actionable reporting across the region. In this role, your responsibilities would include data analysis, reporting, sales process optimization and providing recommendations to regional and global Sales leadership on where to focus and drive impact. As the sole Sales Operations presence in Singapore, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy - building the credibility to influence senior Sales leaders directly, while partnering closely with a Global RevOps leader based in London to balance regional priorities with global consistency. Success in this role requires fluency across three lenses: the strategic (shaping territory, tooling and process decisions that will hold as the region scales), the operational (running the regular cadence of reporting, forecasting support and QBR execution), and the tactical (resolving the day-to-day issues that keep the Sales team moving) - often in the same week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and optimize Sales Operations processes to ensure scalability and fit for our international Sales organization, adapting global standards to regional realities where needed
  • Partner with Singapore and broader APAC Sales Leaders to drive business planning through data-driven analysis and actionable insights, and lead the execution of the regional sales strategy
  • Own the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process for the region, including working with leaders to create and refine templates and prioritize Asks of the Business coming out of QBR meetings from both leaders and individual contributors
  • Evaluate, refine and identify areas of opportunity across our sales technology stack, processes and workflows that will enhance productivity
  • Explore and implement new sales tools that are specific to APAC needs, working in partnership with Global RevOps to assess fit and scalability
  • Build Singapore and APAC territories in partnership with on-the-ground Sales leadership
  • Partner with our Insights and BI teams to dive deep within data and ensure Sales teams are following processes to collect the right data and insights
  • Create and support a regular cadence of business reporting needs and SFDC dashboards, tailored to the priorities of regional Sales leadership
  • Anticipate the needs of a scaling APAC Sales organization and be proactive in delivering the tools, processes, strategy and analytics that are needed
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to regional Sales leadership on initiatives relating to Revenue Operations, including territory design, sales processes and go-to-market execution
  • Represent APAC's operational needs into global RevOps forums, and represent global priorities credibly to local Sales leaders - translating in both directions rather than simply relaying messages
  • Manage priorities across daily, weekly and monthly horizons independently: triaging day-to-day requests from the Sales team, running the weekly forecasting and reporting cadence, and stepping back monthly and quarterly to assess whether current process and tooling will hold as the region scales
  • Exercise judgment on what to resolve locally versus what to escalate to Global RevOps leadership in London, using concise, decision-ready communication to bridge the time zone gap

Who you are:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience working with an international revenue organization and playing a key role in driving productivity for Sales Operations, ideally with direct APAC market experience
  • Operations professional with a passion for driving productivity, improving processes and using new technology to drive revenue at a high growth B2B SaaS company
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence, align and work with senior Sales leaders and global teams based outside your home region, including across time zones
  • Comfortable operating as the sole Sales Operations presence in a region, building trust and credibility with senior stakeholders without a local team to lean on, and confident holding a position with senior leaders on process and data integrity while remaining a genuine partner
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fun environment
  • An ability to think strategically, act tactically and write effectively - and to move fluidly between the two, often within the same day
  • A creative problem solver that identifies new and innovative ways to drive sales productivity
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - with no local team to catch what you miss
  • Experience with the B2B sales process and the tools it takes to succeed
