Job Summary: Skydio is seeking a dynamic, experienced Revenue Operations Manager to lead our Customer Success Operations. In this key role, you'll leverage your Salesforce administration, project management expertise, and deep knowledge of Customer Success technologies to optimize systems and processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive retention. You will act as a strategic thought partner, guiding Customer Success teams in capturing and tracking critical metrics such as account health and customer usage data.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize Skydio’s tech stack, including Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Partner Community), Netsuite, Gainsight, Catalyst, TaskRay, Gong, SurveyMonkey, SkillJar, and related Customer Success tools.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Customer Success teams, providing insights and guidance on best practices, processes, and metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement Salesforce and Customer Success technology solutions that elevate customer journey operations.
- Oversee scalable customer onboarding and deployment processes, ensuring compliance and seamless customer experiences through Salesforce automation.
- Plan and manage projects end-to-end, delivering initiatives on time and within budget.
- Establish and maintain clear, documented processes and systems within Salesforce and associated Customer Success technologies.
- Provide end-user training and support, driving successful adoption of Salesforce and Customer Success tools.
- Regularly audit systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and resolve complex operational and technological challenges.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in RevOps supporting Customer Success teams, preferably in a technology company that sells hardware, software, and professional services to SLED, Enterprise, and Federal Government customers.
- Expertise in Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Partner Community) and Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight, Catalyst, TaskRay, Gong, SurveyMonkey, and SkillJar.
- Experience with Notion, Google Suite, Atlassian Jira, or Netsuite is a plus.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to define, capture, and track key Customer Success metrics.
- Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Comfort in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Ability to be in our San Mateo, CA office 3 days per week.
Compensation: At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $170,000*. Fundamentally, we believe that equity is the key to long-term financial growth, and we ensure all regular, full-time employees have the opportunity to significantly benefit from the company's success. Regular, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s group health insurance plans.
