Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as a motivating, empowering, organized leader of a remote recruiting team, guiding them toward monumental successes while achieving and surpassing their KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with our phenomenal legal clients to pinpoint the exact qualifications and cultural fit needed for each role we hand-tailor for them. We're not just filling seats; we're building the future of their firms and our company.
  • Architect and implement robust hiring strategies that don't just align with industry best practices but aim to redefine them.
  • Take charge of our client job postings on high-profile platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, ensuring they're not just active but magnetizing the right talent.
  • Master and oversee every aspect of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing exceptional talent to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Base Salary of $80,000-$90,000 with an uncapped OTE

REQUIREMENTS

Our requirements are pretty straightforward. To qualify you must:

 

  • Have 5+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience 
  • You're not just a leader, you're a team champion. You know how to rally your team, stoke their passion, and lead them to victories, big and small
  • Possess strong knowledge of job posting sites and professional sourcing platforms (Linkedin, Greenhouse, Indeed, etc.)
  • You're a networking ninja, skilled in pulling in stellar candidates from all corners of the internet
  • You have experience consulting with high level executives on their hiring needs, guiding them to the right solution for their business needs
  • You're a creative problem solver, the kind who turns obstacles into stepping stones and setbacks into setups
  • You have a knack for finding the right person for the job, no matter how tough or unique the role. If they're out there, you'll find them, guaranteed
  • Have a fast-paced work ethic that empowers you to meet tight deadlines (24 hours deadline with a to-do list a mile long? No problem!)
  • Exhibit an infectious can-do attitude and an ability to pivot and change course on a dime
