Job description

About the Role

We are looking for a Professional Services Consultant to lead implementation projects and initial training sessions for new customers. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding. This role is key to setting customers up for long-term success through thoughtful planning, technical expertise, and project excellence.

You will own the transition from proof of value (POV) to deployment, ensuring knowledge transfer of success criteria, technical environments, and timelines. You’ll consult on best practices, identify risks early, and guide customers through a smooth, scalable implementation of the Abnormal Security platform.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in enterprise-grade SaaS deployments, especially in cybersecurity, who enjoys solving technical challenges and driving outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Who you are

  • Manage multiple customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are met.
  • Lead deployment kickoff by gathering knowledge from POV teams, including technical stack, success criteria, and timelines.
  • Conduct discovery to understand customer goals and align project plans accordingly.
  • Guide customers through configuration, integrations, and technical enablement.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact during deployment, managing status updates, risks, and escalations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executive-level customers.
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine implementation processes and contribute to delivery best practices.

Must Haves

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions, ideally in cybersecurity.
  • Trilingual Requirement: This role requires full professional fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English as you’ll regularly work with customers in these languages.
  • Experience managing deployments involving enterprise email systems, integrations, and migrations.
  • Proven ability to drive projects end-to-end: discovery, planning, execution, issue resolution, and delivery sign-off.
  • Familiarity with enterprise mail flow, email security, and related technologies.
  • Experience leading technical conversations with IT and InfoSec stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in commercial email routing, filtering, or SEG tools.
  • Exposure to log analysis using SIEM or similar tools.
  • Basic scripting or coding knowledge (e.g., Python or Java) is a plus.
