  • Establish and maintain customer feedback mechanisms, translating customer insights, market trends, and user research into product enhancements and strategic roadmap direction.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver product initiatives on time, manage risks, and achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Enable go-to-market readiness for product launches and enhancements, collaborating with sales, marketing, training, and customer-facing teams to drive adoption and customer success.
  • Champion the strategic evolution of the FireLight platform, leveraging AI-driven capabilities and process modernization to reduce NIGO rates, increase operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and communicate product performance metrics and executive-level reporting, ensuring transparency into roadmap progress, adoption, business impact, and return on investment.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, insurance or annuity domain experience is preferred
