We’re hiring someone to define and refine our product portfolio. * Define and refine our product portfolio including SoloSettle, SoloSuit, and Solo AI. * Conduct user interviews including user experience interviews, and problem-focused interviews. * Review user feedback from many channels including our interview repository, survey response data, customer reviews, and support tickets. * Streams tons of user session recordings. * Use data to inform intuition and create product hypotheses. * Turn product hypotheses into fully scoped engineering tickets. * Create Figma designs for product features. * Prioritize engineering tickets based prioritization formulas. * Scale our product to hundreds of millions in revenue and beyond. Solo is fully remote, so this job is fully remote. Salary range $90,000 – $210,000. Bonuses are administered quarterly based on revenue growth. Equity range is 0.001% – 1%. ## You have a background in amazing products. We’re looking for someone with these qualifications. * 6+ years of work experience * Experience as a product manager. Preference is for the experience to have been on a consumer product that had $100m+ in revenue or to have grown significantly from $1m+. * Experience at a tech startup that has gone through scale * Some ability to code * Desires to move uncomfortably fast * Works by this principle: do for the customer what you would want done for yourself. * Believes excellence is the only authority * Discovers reality through data analysis and experimentation * Continuously improves over time
