SoloSuit is fully remote, so this job is fully remote. Compensation will be determined depending on the candidate. ## We need a debt settlement industry insider We’re looking for someone with these qualifications. * 8+ years of work experience. * 5+ years working and leading within the debt settlement industry. * Experience leading a marketing team at a debt settlement firm, a credit repair company, a fintech, or other consumer financial organization. * Has relationships with many of key players and affiliates in the industry. * Strong interest in improving the collections industry through technology. * Willing to work with collectors and not against them. * Believes excellence is the only authority. * Discovers reality through data analysis and experimentation. * Continuously improves over time.
