Our product team is looking for strategic problem solvers to take ownership of new products, from discovery to launch and beyond. You’ll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to explore, iterate, and build the future you strongly believe in.
You'll own products from conception to launch and be responsible for the development and business success of Secureframe services and products. You'll get the opportunity to work closely with leadership across the organization. As a member of the Secureframe team, you'll also influence team culture and how we work cross-functionally together.
Location & Work Model
Secureframe highly values having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. For office-based employees (employees who live within a defined radius of a Secureframe office), Secureframe considers working in the office, approximately 30% of the time under current policy, to be an essential function of the employee's role.

What you'll do
Learn the Secureframe product inside and out and develop a deep understanding of our customersGather and synthesize customer pain points, user research, and stakeholder feedback into clear product requirementsSupport feature development end-to-end alongside the engineering team, while collaborating with stakeholders across the companyExecute on assigned projects and flag opportunities for improvement as you grow in the roleCollaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams to contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmapWork with product and engineering to document, triage, and prioritize bugsSupport go-to-market activities across the product team, including planning, execution, and tracking successBuild familiarity with product metrics to help assess the health and success of your product area
Who we're looking for
2+ years of product management experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS companyA builder at heart with strong product taste and a track record of shipping things customers loveRigorous, data-driven approach to prioritization and problem solvingFluent in modern AI tools and excited about what they unlock for how we work and what we buildHigh ownership mentality, you move fast, handle ambiguity well, and don't need a lot of hand-holdingComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and speed mattersNaturally curious and resourceful, with a hunger to keep growing
