Join our Product Implementation Team, where we partner with hospitals to make a real impact on patient care by improving bed and staffing allocation and streamline the patient journey. We’re focused on driving meaningful change that boosts efficiency, ensuring patients get the right care at the right time without unnecessary delays. In this role, you will work closely with hospital customers, clinical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, configuration, and adoption of our technology that optimizes patient throughput and hospital capacity management. WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead customer implementations of our products (Patient Throughput, Clinical Staffing, or both) from kickoff and discovery through data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and rollout
  • Partner with Customer Success team members to ensure that the product and workflows are designed and configured accurately and optimally
  • Conduct discovery and design sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders
  • Communicate technical requirements and ensure that customer IT and operational teams clearly understand the data and setup needs and coordinate required security and other audits
  • Design and execute unit and user acceptance test scenarios to validate system functionality, data accuracy, and workflow configurations prior to go-live
  • Navigate complex database structures to troubleshoot data issues and support technical requirements gathering
  • Collaborate with Project Manager on status reporting and proactive communication
  • Continually evaluate and improve implementation processes, outcomes, documentation, and collateral
  • Travel up to 25-50% to customer sites
  • WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role such as management consulting, customer success, or implementation management
  • At least 3 years of experience in a role that is quantitative and data intensive
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems including EHR data structures, HL7 messaging standards, and healthcare interoperability frameworks
  • A maniacal obsession with customer happiness, success, and retention; you’re the type of person who will move mountains to solve problems and make people successful
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, clinical)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools and best practice
  • Willingness to travel up to 25-50%
  • BONUS POINT IF YOU HAVE
  • Experience working on enterprise software products
  • Experience and passion for process improvement and Lean or Six Sigma training
  • A graduate degree from one of the following programs: MS, MHA, MBA
