The Opportunity

Mindtickle’s Product Engagement team turns product capability into customer outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Customer Value, Technical Delivery, and Growth-helping customers not just deploy Mindtickle, but transform how they enable and improve revenue teams.

As a Product Engagement Manager, you will lead customers from implementation through adoption and expansion. You’ll combine product strategy, technical depth, AI fluency, and executive influence to help customers unlock value faster, adopt emerging capabilities confidently, and see what’s possible before they ask for it.

What You'll Own
  • Lead end-to-end customer deployments and adoption journeys-from discovery and solution design to rollout, value realization, and scaled usage.
  • Own customer engagement strategies that increase adoption, accelerate time-to-value, and expand platform utilization across business teams.
  • Act as the product strategist for strategic accounts, connecting customer goals to the right capabilities, workflows, and operating models.
  • Demonstrate Mindtickle’s platform capabilities, AI innovations, and upcoming roadmap investments in ways that create executive alignment and accelerate customer outcomes.
  • Drive AI adoption by helping customers operationalize AI-powered workflows, integrate AI capabilities into business processes, and realize measurable business impact.
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable deployment plans, solution architectures, and repeatable adoption playbooks.
  • Partner closely with Product teams to influence roadmap direction through customer insights, market feedback, and emerging use cases.
  • Solve complex deployment and adoption challenges across integrations, configuration, enterprise workflows, and change management.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer admins, business leaders, executive sponsors, and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Create strategic account narratives using adoption signals, business outcomes, and platform usage data to unlock retention and growth.
  • How You'll Work with AI
  • Enable customers to adopt Mindtickle’s AI capabilities by identifying relevant use cases, demonstrating workflows, and translating innovation into business outcomes.
  • Build AI-assisted operating routines that surface adoption risks, identify expansion opportunities, and automate repetitive customer workflows.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities and bring new roadmap innovations into customer conversations proactively.
  • What You Bring
  • 5+ years in SaaS, Professional Services, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar roles.
  • Strong product and systems thinking with the ability to connect business outcomes to technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience driving SaaS deployment, adoption, implementation, or customer transformation programs.
  • Confidence navigating integrations, APIs, SSO, enterprise architecture, and complex customer environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to communicate effectively with administrators, operators, and executive leaders.
  • Strong storytelling and executive presence-comfortable demonstrating products, shaping vision, and influencing decisions.
  • Builder mindset with high ownership, comfort in ambiguity, and bias toward experimentation and execution.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with CRM, LMS, HRIS, BI platforms, enterprise integrations, or enablement technologies is a plus.
  • Experience driving AI adoption, workflow automation, or AI-enabled transformation programs would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with customer metrics, including adoption, GRR, NRR, expansion, and customer health, is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • What Success Looks Like

    30 Days - Develop a deep understanding of Mindtickle’s platform, AI capabilities, ICPs, deployment methodology, and customer portfolio.

    60 Days - Independently lead deployments, establish customer adoption plans, and begin influencing roadmap and AI adoption conversations.

    90 Days - Become a trusted product advisor for customers, demonstrate platform innovation confidently, launch measurable adoption initiatives, and contribute to expansion opportunities.
