Product Designer - AppLovin

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can seamlessly integrate into an established Product design team. This role requires someone who can take ownership of 0-to-1 initiatives, moving confidently from early ideation and problem framing to delivering polished, production-ready visual work.

The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with high visual execution quality. They should be able to understand complex problems, propose mature and realistic solutions, and translate user-centered stories into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling product experiences.

This person must be highly collaborative, comfortable working with distributed teams, and able to partner effectively with PMs, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders. We are looking for strong designers— talented, proactive, and thoughtful—who bring expertise without ego and thrive within team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design tasks from early concept to fully defined, high‑quality visual solutions.
• Deliver visually polished work (UI, visual storytelling, prototypes) that meets or exceeds team standards.
• Approach complex problems with structured thinking, proposing mature and realistic solutions with strong user‑centric reasoning.
• Collaborate daily with the Principal Designer, Senior Designer, PMs, engineers, and global stakeholders.
• Document processes, reasoning, and design decisions clearly.

Required Experience

• Proven experience with B2B2C products or platforms with high logical complexity (dashboards, analytics, management tools) that still serve end users.
• Relevant examples of similar product environments: 
• Uber for Drivers
• DoorDash Merchant / Storefront
• Shopify Admin
• Stripe Dashboard
• Instacart Shopper App
• Ability to create solutions that balance logical complexity with smooth user experience.
