Required Skills
- Strong experience in Power BI Dashboard & Report Development
- Proficiency in Power BI - Advanced DAX (Iterators like SUMX, CALCULATE), Row-Level Security (RLS), Data Modeling (Star vs. Snowflake schema), and Power Query (M Language).
- Proficiency in SQL (Complex Joins, CTEs, Window Functions (RANK, DENSE_RANK), and performance tuning of stored procedures)
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Pivot, complex logic using INDEX-MATCH or XLOOKUP, and automating workflows via VBA or Power Query for local reporting)
- Experience with data visualization and data modeling concepts.
- Good understanding of ETL processes and data transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models for reporting needs.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and transformation from multiple data sources.
- Create automated reports and MIS dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Work with stakeholders to understand KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report performance optimization.
- Build and maintain Excel-based analytical models, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, and technical teams.
- Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues in a timely manner.
Common Qualifications:
- 4+ years in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong ability to translate complex data into clear stories for non-technical stakeholders and work independently in time-critical environments
