What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a curious and analytical People Operations Partner passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences. You’ll work closely with our HRBP, People Programs, IT Systems, and Payroll teams to support activities across the entire employee lifecycle, analyze workforce trends, and help drive HR initiatives that make a real impact.
- Provide support in areas such as onboarding, benefits administration and employee relations
- Serve as an owner of the HR technology ecosystem, helping with implementation, integration, and optimization
- Support employee inquiries through our ticketing system
- Compile and report on HR data to identify trends and provide insights
- Help manage performance review cycles and other talent management processes
- Assist with HR policy implementation and change management projects
- Handle sensitive employee situations with discretion and empathy
- Create and maintain HR documentation and employee handbooks
- Contribute to compliance and audit deliverables
- Collaborate on automating solutions and creating standardizations in HR processes to align with scaling needs
- Partner with HRBPs to support day-to-day employee needs

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance practices
- Knowledge of multi-state HR compliance requirements and modern HR practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Adaptable problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous situations
- Technologically savvy and highly proficient in using digital tools and HRIS platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in global HR compliance and operational processes
- Project management experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and practices
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
- Experience with remote/distributed teams
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and eager to learn more
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,000-$130,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
