Job description: CEPTON (Nasdaq: CPTN), a leading intelligent lidar solution provider, is seeking an Opto-mechanical Alignment Technician to support the high-volume production in our manufacturing department.  This position is an immediate opening.
Responsibilities
Assemble micro-electronics using small tools and securing with epoxy and UV adhesive
Assemble and align high precision optical components.
Align lasers and detectors using high precision alignment fixtures
Experience in handling highly sensitive PCB assemblies
Ability to work utilizing a microscope for extended periods of time
Qualifications
3+ years of working experience in the field
Ability to communicate effectively
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Fast learning, self-motivated and hard working
Efficient and good at multi-tasking
Good team player, reliable and independent work style, responsible for outputs and working well under pressure
