We're seeking energetic hustlers to be our Operations Interns. You'll work alongside our COO and production team in logistics, packaging, and procurement. You'll learn and experience day-to-day operations in a manufacturing setting within a climate tech startup company.
You'd be the ideal candidate if you're a college student or recent grad looking for extracurricular experience in a startup or an operations field. You're passionate about solving environmental problems and making a positive impact.

Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating logistics activities, including shipping samples, packaging products, receiving raw materials, etc.Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize transportation routes and minimize costs.Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping manifests, safety data sheets, invoices, and customs paperwork.Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.Provide administrative support in logistics, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
