Job description

Saronic Technologies is a leader in revolutionizing autonomy at sea, dedicated to developing state-of-the-art solutions that enhance maritime operations through autonomous and intelligent platforms.

About the role

Saronic Technologies builds autonomous maritime systems for U.S. Department of Defense customers. Mission Operations keeps those platforms ready and customers supported across test events, training cycles, and field deployments.

As the Mission Operations Analyst, you'll give Mission Ops leadership the data, reporting, and processes they need to make fast, informed decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and good at bringing structure to fast-moving operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data across multiple enterprise systems (ERP, Salesforce, inventory tools) to identify bottlenecks, trends, and gaps.

  • Build dashboards and weekly/monthly leadership reports on readiness, resource usage, deployment timelines, and cost trends.

  • Track KPIs across training, test, and deployment events to flag risks and inefficiencies.

  • Partner with Finance to track operational spend, burn rate, and T&E usage, and use historical cost data to support budgeting and forecasting.

  • Track contract milestones, CLIN deliverables, and invoicing alignment with Programs.

  • Keep mission activities and customer engagements accurately logged and reported in Salesforce.

  • Create and maintain SOPs, deployment checklists, AAR workflows, and a central repository for mission documentation.

  • Prepare leadership briefings and support cross-functional meetings and action-item tracking.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years in business analysis, operations support, project coordination, or a similar analytical role

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data-visualization skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with BI tools and ERP systems

  • Hands-on Salesforce experience (reports, dashboards, workflows)

  • Background in defense, aerospace, maritime technology, or DoD-adjacent environments

  • Familiarity with logistics planning, operational readiness cycles, or field operations

  • Exposure to contracting (SOWs, CLINs, program tracking) and budgeting or cost tracking

  • Experience writing SOPs, process maps, or structured documentation

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
