About VideoAmp

VideoAmp is the tech-first measurement company transforming how advertising is valued, bought, and sold. Powered by currency-grade big data and a best-in-class technology stack, our platform gives advertisers, agencies, and digital partners the ability to plan, optimize, and measure media investments across every screen, from linear TV and OTT to CTV and digital video.

VideoAmp is accelerating investment in agentic AI and intelligent optimization technologies, helping clients drive measurable, real-world outcomes in an increasingly complex media landscape. With 880% year-over-year measurement growth, 98% coverage of the TV ecosystem, and partnerships with 11 agency groups and 1,000+ advertisers, we're not just keeping pace with the industry. We're defining what comes next.

We believe great work requires great people, people who say "I'll find a way" instead of "it can't be done."

The Role

The Professional Services team is a key part of VideoAmp responsible for onboarding new clients onto our platform or existing clients onto new solutions. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to ensure their successful adoption of VideoAmp's platform and solutions, including the setup and configuration of campaigns, integrations, and data flows, and with our internal teams, such as Sales, Account Management, and Engineering, to ensure a seamless and successful client experience.

As the Manager, Delivery, you will lead and develop a team of Delivery Analysts, Delivery Managers, and Delivery Leads who serve as the primary client-facing owners of the post-contract experience, including onboarding, reporting, and day-to-day measurement delivery. You will be responsible for the quality, consistency, and scalability of the Delivery team's output, and for ensuring your team proactively identifies and communicates client risk before it escalates.

In addition to team management, you will play a critical role in identifying and resolving complex, non-technical client issues that arise during the account lifecycle, including reporting accuracy, discrepancies, and revenue risk escalations. You will work closely with leadership to ensure a seamless handoff between the technical and client-facing sides of Professional Services, and with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate client feedback into improvements.

If you are a highly motivated people leader who enjoys developing talent and solving complex client-delivery problems, then we want to hear from you. Apply today and join our team at VideoAmp!

What You'll Do

  • Manage and monitor ongoing client delivery, reporting, and billing operations across a portfolio of accounts.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new hires on the Delivery team.
  • Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively as a team.
  • Understand various levels of KPIs (time to value, reporting accuracy, client satisfaction) and formulate strategies to meet and exceed both client and team goals.
  • Oversee and provide guidance on internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
  • Determine needed improvements through review and analysis of recurring reporting, billing, or onboarding issues.
  • Influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams across matrixed organizations.
  • Own playbooks, templates, and process documentation for the Delivery team, and share changes across Professional Services and other relevant departments.
  • Partner closely with leadership to define clear handoff points, escalation paths, and shared workflows between the technical and client-facing sides of Professional Services.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to build new technology features and reporting capabilities.
  • Resolve highly complex or non-routine client issues or inquiries, including revenue risk and billing escalations, as needed.
  • Serve as an escalation point for client delivery issues and for internal teams needing Delivery support.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of management experience, preferably leading a team of 2 to 5 direct reports
  • 6+ years of media, advertising, or client-success background, preferably with reporting, account management, or client delivery experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of reporting and measurement products, with comfort partnering closely with technical counterparts.
  • Proven track record of resolving complex, non-technical client issues and de-escalating risk.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with TV and video advertising technology is a plus.
