About the Role

The Product Education & Enablement team at JumpCloud is a high-velocity, tech-forward organization focused on driving immediate product adoption and reducing time-to-value. We support JumpCloud’s rapid innovation cycle by transforming complex product updates into engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Our team sits at the center of new product features, enhancements, and Go-To-Market (GTM) motions, leveraging a modern content stack that includes AI utilities, interactive simulations, and micro-learning to empower both our internal field teams and external customers.
What you’ll be doing:
  • GTM & Feature Enablement: Partner directly with Product Managers (PMs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate new product features, enhancements, and GTM motions into clear, high-impact technical enablement materials.

  • Digital Content Creation: Build and launch modern, responsive courses using Articulate Rise, maximizing core LMS features to create optimal, trackable learning paths for different audiences.

  • Simulation & Video Production: Create highly interactive, self-paced simulation content using Navattic alongside crisp, engaging video tutorials and screen recordings built in Camtasia.

  • AI-Driven Acceleration: Routinely utilize generative AI tools like Claude to draft scripts, brainstorm content structures, build assessments, and accelerate content iteration cycles to keep up with release velocity.

  • Technical Writing Collaboration: Partner closely with the Technical Writing team to align on new product release schedules, exchange feature documentation insights, and coordinate consistent messaging across educational content.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage projects, review loops, and content assets seamlessly using Google Workspace to maintain tight alignment with engineering, product, and field teams.

  • We’re looking for:
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong technical curiosity and an ability to quickly grasp new product features, cloud enhancements, and identity/device management concepts.

  • Content Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience or high comfort level creating digital learning content, specifically utilizing Articulate Rise and video editing platforms like Camtasia.

  • Simulation Savvy: Experience with or a strong aptitude for building interactive walkthroughs using digital adoption or simulation software like Navattic (or equivalent no-code sandbox capture tools).

  • Modern Stack Agility: High comfort level working daily in Google Workspace and leveraging AI companions like Claude to streamline writing, editing, and content assembly.

  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to distill highly technical release metrics and developer notes into structured, user-friendly instructional copy and video scripts.

  • Portfolio Requirement: A link to a digital portfolio, media reel, or relevant work samples (e.g., video tutorials, interactive guides, or Rise courses) demonstrating your technical storytelling ability.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven Content Creation Focus: Strong background with content creation as your core professional focus, showcasing deep day-to-day experience building diverse, polished digital media assets from scratch.

  • Bite-Sized Release Enablement: Demonstrated success working directly with new GTM product releases and transforming dense, highly technical engineering updates into crisp, bite-sized training modules tailored for external customers.

  • LMS Experience: Hands-on experience navigating, creating learning paths, uploading multimedia assets, and managing user experiences natively within modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • SaaS Alignment: Experience working within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment aligned directly with rapid software product release and GTM schedules.
