  • Apply human-centered design methodologies to frame problems, co-create solutions, and deliver value across touchpoints.
  • Create UX deliverables such as site maps, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Translate user insights, research, and behavioral data into actionable design strategies aligned with KPIs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, and research activities to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, content, legal, and compliance.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (ADA) and regulatory requirements.
  • Use tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to design, prototype, and iterate efficiently.
  • Facilitate design workshops, critiques, and collaborative sessions to drive alignment and innovation.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design systems, best practices, and AI-enabled UX approaches.
  • Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality design.

Must-have Skills

  • 7+ years of experience designing user-centered digital products and experiences.
  • Advanced English level (C1+), with excellent communication skills:
  • Comfortable presenting in English
  • Able to handle complex conversations and stakeholder interactions
  • Strong ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
  • Strong portfolio (mandatory) demonstrating:
  • End-to-end UX design work
  • Business impact and customer growth
  • Structured thinking and problem-solving approach

Core Capabilities

  • Strong expertise in UX design, interaction design, and systems thinking.
  • Proven ability to balance creativity with business strategy and product thinking.

  • Experience leading creative workshops and design sessions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, including influencing without authority.

  • Experience contributing to or building design systems.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
  • Background in research, content strategy, or service design.
