Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Lead Unreal Engine Programmer to help define the technical vision and foundation of an upcoming PC & console title built in Unreal Engine 5.

You will lead a small Engineering team, set up core architecture, and work closely with design and art to deliver a high-quality playable build.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and implement core technical architecture (UE5).
Lead and mentor a small programming team.
Oversee multiplayer, AI, and systems development.
Collaborate with design and art leads on key features
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years in Unreal Engine programming (UE4/5)
Solid experience with C++ and gameplay/network architecture
Shipped at least one mid-to-large scale game or demo
Previous team leadership experience preferred
