Job Title: Senior Lead – Delivery Assurance

Overview :
The Senior Lead – Delivery Assurance is responsible for safeguarding client outcomes, driving operational excellence, and ensuring robust governance across complex, enterprise-scale projects and programs. In this role, you will act as an independent quality gatekeeper—identifying systemic delivery risks early, establishing delivery standards, and partnering directly with senior leaders to drive high client satisfaction and margin health.

Key Responsibilities: Delivery Governance & Audit: Conduct regular health checks, deep-dive reviews, and quality audits across project portfolios to evaluate adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and compliance standards.

Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify high-impact delivery risks and failure patterns; partner with delivery leads to design and execute pragmatic remediation plans.

Process & Framework Optimization: Standardize and continuously improve delivery frameworks, agile/waterfall methodologies, tollgate processes, and quality assurance toolkits.

Metrics & Performance Reporting: Define, track, and report on key delivery performance indicators (KPIs/OKRs), generating actionable insights for the C-suite and executive leadership.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to account directors, program managers, and senior client stakeholders to resolve escalations and ensure contract alignment.

Capability Building: Coach and mentor engagement managers and delivery teams on best practices, quality standards, and risk management techniques.

Qualifications & Experience :

10+ years in IT services, consulting, or software delivery, with 4+ years in direct delivery governance, assurance, or senior PMO roles.

Domain ExpertiseProven track record managing or auditing large-scale, enterprise-level digital transformation programs (Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models).

Certification : PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (e.g., CSM, SAFe), or Lean Six Sigma certifications strongly preferred.

Technical SavvyHigh-level understanding of modern software engineering, cloud solutions, and DevOps delivery pipelines.

Soft Skills : Strong executive presence, negotiation, conflict resolution, and objective analytical decision-making.
