This role

The Key Account Lead will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key retail dealer accounts across assigned territories in the Philippines, driving activations and VGM growth while ensuring dealer engagement, compliance, and program execution.

This role serves as the primary point of contact between PayJoy and its dealer network, bridging frontline relationships with the company's commercial objectives. The Key Account Lead will identify performance gaps, execute targeted sales programs, and work closely with internal teams to maximize penetration and maintain healthy, compliant accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned dealer accounts by conducting regular store visits to monitor performance, resolve issues, escalate concerns, and build lasting relationships with store owners and staff.
  • Drive activations and VGM targets by executing in-store promotions, dealer incentive programs, and targeted sales interventions tailored to individual account performance gaps.
  • Analyze account-level sales data to identify drop-offs, low-performing stores, and growth opportunities; present findings with actionable recommendations to senior team members.
  • Onboard new dealer accounts and coordinate with the PayJoy training team to schedule product, process, and system training for dealer staff, ensuring high adoption rates and correct application of credit and sales workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Credit, Operations, and Marketing to resolve dealer issues, support campaign rollouts, and ensure seamless program delivery at the account level.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, field visit reports, and performance metrics in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity for reporting and planning cycles.
  • Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in field sales, account management, dealer development, or a related commercial role.
  • Background in telco, fintech, consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to comfortably track and interpret sales data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with store owners, dealers, and staff.
  • Self-motivated with strong field discipline.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
  • Experience managing or supporting retail/dealer networks.
  • Basic understanding of consumer lending, installment finance, or credit products.
  • Experience with sales incentive program design or execution.
