
• Deliver global service projects, including data migration, data management, storage optimization, SharePoint portal, tech refresh and platform upgrades, etc.
• Collaborate with external customers and internal development/QA teams to ensure smooth service project delivery. • Understand service requirements, devise solutions, and create service delivery plans.
• Execute service tasks, analyze and resolve encountered issues, and compile reports to demonstrate successful service delivery.
• Assess workload and duration for new projects or change requirements to support sales processes.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong logical thinking skills, enabling quick understanding of client requirements and technical solutions.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities. • A strong sense of responsibility and resilience under pressure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and services (Windows OS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related engineering major is preferred.
• Experience with SharePoint, Azure, data migration, or infrastructure setup is preferred.
