About the Role
iCapital's Investor Relations team within the Operations and Investment Product Management (OIPM) organization is seeking an Assistant Vice President to support the firm's rapidly expanding client base across Asia Pacific. This role is ideal for an experienced investor relations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and enjoys working across investors, financial advisors, fund sponsors, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted point of contact for investors and advisors throughout the investment lifecycle, while also driving operational excellence, leveraging AI solutions to improve efficiency and scalability, and supporting business development initiatives across the region. The role offers significant exposure to alternative investments, fund operations, technology-enabled servicing, and strategic client engagement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

5–8 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Investor Services, Fund Operations, Client Services, Transfer Agency, or Alternative Investments.

Strong preference for candidates who have worked at a fund administrator, particularly within Investor Services, Transfer Agency, or Investor Relations.
- Experience supporting private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real assets, or other alternative investment products is highly desirable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Thai would be a strong advantage.

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders, financial advisors, and fund sponsors.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interest in financial technology and digital transformation.

Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, workflow automation tools, or similar technologies) to improve productivity, operational efficiency, or client servicing processes.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
