As an Insights & Analytics Intern, you’ll join the team that turns raw data into strategic decisions across the company. Over a 3–6 month internship, you’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operators to learn how great startups build and scale data-informed cultures. Expect a fast feedback loop, high-impact projects, and real mentorship from our analysts and data leads.
You will
Work closely with product managers to define product health metricsDocument metrics, definitions, owners, and data sourcesBuild intuitive dashboards (AWS Quicksight) with concise, actionable insightsPlan and build a searchable internal catalog of key datasetsDefine schema, refresh cadence, and plain-language documentationHelp improve data discoverability and consistency across teamsTriage and fulfill short-term analysis requests from Growth, Finance, and OperationsPrototype reports in SQL or PythonShare findings through Slack updates, Loom videos, or mini-presentations
