Job Description

Life at Plume

At Plume, we believe that technology isn't about moving faster, it's about making life’s moments better. Which is why we’ve built the world's first, and only, open and hardware-independent service delivery platform for smart homes, small businesses, enterprises, and beyond. Our SaaS platform uses WiFi, advanced AI, and machine learning to create the future of connected spaces—and human experiences—at massive scale.

We now deliver services to over 50 million locations globally and have managed over 2.5 billion devices on our platform. We’re expanding rapidly, pioneering a new category, and we achieved our Series F funding in just four years. Our customers include many of the world's largest Communications Service Providers (CSPs) who look to Plume to help them evolve their smart home offerings while gleaning insights from their own data.

With a bias for action and a love for being trailblazers, the team at Plume embodies a combination of relentless curiosity and imaginative innovation. We challenge ourselves to think in ways that other companies don't, work to do what should be done (rather than what can), and if we can’t do it exceptionally well, we don’t do it. It’s how we've assembled a team of world-class builders, thinkers, and doers. And it’s how we’re reinventing what’s possible every day.

At Plume, we focus on the consumer experience beyond all else. Our platform is driving industry leading experiences across 10’s of millions of homes and businesses globally. Ensuring our customer’s homes and businesses are safe from cybersecurity threats is a core technology and mission across all our products. Our solutions cover the entire stack, from router networking, data collection and processing, ML and AI algorithms and user reporting and education.

As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our Enterprise Products and Solutions. You will lead the Product Management team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver market-leading solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, a deep understanding of the Technology industry, and a strong ability to translate market insights into successful product strategies. At Plume, everything lives within Product.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our Enterprise Products and Solutions. Manage our product portfolio and align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a product  team providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Drive the product development process, including product planning, requirements gathering, user experience design, and validation.
  • Define and track key product metrics to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and keep our product offerings innovative and competitive.
  • Serve as a product evangelist, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to showcase our products and gather feedback

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field.
  • 15+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated ability to successfully lead product releases on-spec and on-time.
