This strategic role sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and sales enablement to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth through partner channels and optimized conversion tools. You'll own the end-to-end execution of partner co-marketing initiatives while equipping internal teams with the materials needed to drive conversion. (Note: This is for a 1-year fixed term project engagement)
Responsibilities Include:
Partnership Marketing (40%) Design, implement and manage co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners (banks, BNPL providers, e-commerce enablers)Develop compelling value propositions and marketing assets specific to each partnershipCreate joint marketing plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and resource requirementsCoordinate cross-functional execution of partner campaigns (creative, digital, events)Build measurement frameworks to track and optimize partner-driven customer acquisitionPresent performance reports to partners and internal stakeholders
Sales & Revenue Enablement (30%) Create and maintain comprehensive sales toolkits (pitch decks, product one-pagers, competitive battlecards). Develop merchant onboarding materials and conversion-focused content. Design and implement sales training programs on positioning, objection handling, and product messaging. Analyze sales conversion metrics to identify enablement opportunities. Collaborate with product marketing to ensure consistent messaging across channels
Promotional Campaign Management (20%).Own the strategy and execution of revenue-driving promotional campaigns. Design incentive structures and promotional mechanics that drive adoption. Track and analyze campaign ROI and contribution to revenue targets. Create promotional assets and communications for digital and physical channels. Build testing frameworks to optimize promotional effectiveness. Ensure regulatory compliance for all promotional activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%) Partner with merchant success teams to develop retention-focused materials. Collaborate with product teams to align promotional strategies with product roadmap. Work with analytics to build attribution models for partner and promotional campaigns. Support the head of marketing in developing strategic partnership opportunities.
Required Experience & Skills
4+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years focused on partnerships or channel marketingProven track record in designing and executing co-marketing initiatives with measurable resultsExperience creating sales enablement materials that drive conversionStrong analytical skills with ability to measure campaign performance and ROIExperience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platformsExcellent project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple initiativesOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsFinancial services or fintech experience preferred but not required
