Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate learning needs, training plans, enrolment, attendance, certifications and programme outcomes.
  • Prepares grant applications, claims and reports; track eligibility, funding conditions and submission deadlines.
  • Maintain audit-ready evidence and expenditure records; reconcile claims with Finance and flag gaps or risks.
  • Liaise with agencies and training partners on requirements, clarifications and programme progress.
  • Coordinate daily on-site schedules, space bookings, visitor access and participant enquiries at SUTD Colab.
  • Arrange room setup, equipment readiness, materials, registration and logistics for programmes and events.
  • Track supplies and shared assets; coordinate vendors and report maintenance, safety or operational issues.
  • Maintain site operating records and checklists; follow applicable access, safety and escalation procedures.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accountancy or a related field.
  • Experience in Singapore workforce development programmes, grant administration or training administration would be an advantage.
  • Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
  • Singaporean only
