Job description

About Pallet

Pallet is building AI Agents to transform the physical economy — a $12 trillion global industry. We’ve raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we’ve achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started.

Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow supply chain teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time and integrate directly with customer systems.

As companies across the physical economy look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep supply chain expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we’re positioned to build the next $10B company powering the physical economy.

Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of supply chain technology.

About the Opportunity

You will help own and improve Pallet’s digital marketing engine across paid acquisition, email, website optimization, content distribution, ABM, and emerging channels such as SEO and AEO.

You do not need to be the leading technical expert in every channel. You should understand how the channels work, know how to evaluate performance, and be able to manage contractors or specialists when needed.

You will also help build the marketing operations foundation behind these programs, including automation, attribution, website tracking, lead routing, segmentation, and reporting across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue.

How you will make an impact

  • Scale paid digital programs that create qualified enterprise pipeline
  • Run marketing automation, email segmentation, nurture, and lead-management programs
  • Improve Pallet’s website conversion paths, tracking, landing pages, and content
  • Measure channel performance through CRM, website, and campaign-level attribution
  • Develop and distribute content across paid, owned, SEO, and AEO channels
  • Support ABM programs for priority enterprise accounts
  • Manage contractors and specialized partners
  • Partner with sales and content teams on integrated enterprise campaigns

Preferred experience

  • 3-7 years of growth, digital, demand generation, or ABM experience
  • Experience marketing enterprise technology with a sales-led buying process
  • Experience across several channels, including paid digital, email, website, and content
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation, attribution, CRM reporting, and website tracking
  • Understanding of MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue conversion
  • Depth in at least one channel and the ability to learn adjacent channels quickly
  • Evidence of fast career progression and strong learning ability
  • Experience at a rapidly growing startup or a top-tier university background

Interview Process

  • Chat with Christy - Founding GTM Recruiter - 30 mins
  • Chat with Jason Feng - 30-45 mins
  • Proficiency Assessment - case study
  • Final Interview - 3-4 hours
  • Brief Background Check and Reference Check

We move fast, and we’ll keep you informed at every stage of the process.

Location

  • 5x a week in Fidi San Francisco or Soho New York City

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $140,000-$190,000, depending on experience and skill set. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
