Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills—must be comfortable diving deep into the data to find and fix discrepancies.
Self-motivated and proactive: proven ability to independently identify tasks, take ownership, and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
Strong organization, time management, and ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Team player with a positive attitude, ready to tackle new operational challenges.
