About the Role:

As an Escrow Support Specialist on the Mainstay National Title (MNT) Post Closing - Recording team, you will receive a comprehensive introduction to the post-closing process. Your responsibilities will include reviewing the executed lender and escrow documents received for closing disbursement to ensure they align with the information on the settlement statement and other details in ResWare and submitting documents to the county for recording. Attention to detail and effective communication with closers at MNT are essential for this role.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Review and determine the accuracy of all files

  • Scan physical documents into Resware

  • Submit closing documents to the county for recording

  • Send executed closing documents to lender

  • Send recorded documents to the client and the lender

  • Participate in learning and development activities to expand knowledge base

  • Support the MNT Markets as applicable

  • Other related duties as assigned or requested.

  • Satisfy Texas licensed activities as applicable

Skills Needed:

  • Experience working in a high-touch customer service environment, managing customer and client facing conversations

  • Experience in the closing/legal industry, reviewing and assessing a variety of real estate documents

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a time-sensitive environment

  • Flexibility to shift focus throughout the day depending on market priorities

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite products

  • Attention to detail

  • Organized and able to multitask

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Must be able to work in-office

Bonus Points if:

  • BA/BS from an accredited institution

  • Experience with Resware

Location:

This role requires all job responsibilities to be performed in the office, Monday – Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Candidates must be based within a 50-mile commuting distance of the Plano, Texas office.

Compensation:

The hourly pay range for this position is $23.46 - $29.33/hr. Pay within this range depends on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific hourly range for the job location during the hiring process. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 12 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
