We’re seeking a commercially minded Enterprise Solutions & GTM Partner to serve as a hybrid Sales Engineer and Go-to-Market partner for our growing Enterprise segment. In this role, you’ll translate complex operational and clinical pain points into clear, compelling product narratives—accelerating deal velocity and helping executive stakeholders see and feel the value of Elation’s platform within the context of Value-Based Care and real-world EHR workflows.
A key part of that storytelling and problem-solving will involve leveraging modern tools, including AI. At Elation, you won’t be stuck on the sidelines of the AI shift—you’ll have real access to AI-powered workflows, guidance, and the opportunity to experiment. Whether you’ve already used AI extensively or are just starting to explore it, we’re looking for someone who is curious and thoughtful in how they apply it, with a focus on using it responsibly to better support clinicians and improve outcomes.

Salary range: $110,000-$135,000 + variable
