Engineering Manager - Product Engineering - IP Fabric

About The Role

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a product feature team responsible for transforming IP Fabric’s network discovery data into scalable, customer-facing features.

You’ll support engineers in delivering high-quality software, partner closely with Product Management, and help the team make sound technical and execution decisions. While you’ll stay technically close to the work, your success is measured by team effectiveness, delivery, and growth. 

What You’ll Do 

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 6-8 backend and full-stack engineers.
• Partner with Product to shape scope, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Guide technical decision-making and architectural direction.
• Create a healthy, predictable delivery environment.
• Hire, onboard, and grow engineers over time

What You'll Need

• Experience leading software engineers in a product company.
• Strong background in backend or systems engineering.
• Ability to balance technical depth with people leadership.
• Clear, pragmatic communication style.

• Experience with data-intensive or distributed systems.
• Familiarity with modern backend stacks (Node.js, Go, databases).
• Experience working closely with Product Managers.
